I am a fully trained, qualified and insured counsellor. I work with individuals aged over 13 on a variety of problems such as feeling anxious, depressed, sad, lonely as well as with life changing events such as bereavement or problems at work. I believe that talking and being heard without worrying about judgement can be very powerful and help with all those issues. My work is done face to face from my therapy room in Oundle, online or telephone counselling. I am a member of the National Counselling Society.
