Corinne Sweet is a qualified psychotherapist and psychologist with over 25 years’ experience. She has published 21 titles, including popular psychology bestsellers, such as Change Your Life with CBT, The Anxiety Journal and The Mindfulness Journal. She regularly appears on TV and radio collaborating frequently with BBC Breakfast and BBC Radio Scotland. Corinne trained on BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour, was a magazine and newspaper Agony Aunt and a Big Brother psychologist.
She is the Chair of the Books Committee of the Writer’s Guild of Great Britain, and champions women’s and writer’s rights.
