Coyote Night at The Ship Inn

Dear readers, join me at The Ship Inn, Oundle on the 8th of July 2023 for an auction event. I am looking for volunteers that can offer their services for a bidding war on this prestigious night as we continue to fundraise for the Kathryn Clarke Foundation. The theme of this evening is inspired by the movie Coyote Ugly. We accept any services that can be useful to the Oundle community such as mowing the lawn, dog sitting, dog walking, washing of cars, plumbers, guitar and singing lessons or general handymen. On this evening there will be a raffle donated by Oundle local shops as we aim to promote local tradesmen.

The purpose of this event is to raise funds to purchase a second hand mobility scooter for myself and a wheelchair for a dear friend. Just a little context, in 2011 I was involved in a life changing RTC which resulted in life changing injuries. I spent 15 months hospitalised in a coma, the doctors declared me quadpligic and I had to learn to eat, drink, walk, speak all over again.

Nevertheless I don’t call myself disabled but an individual with limitations. Even those I have shattered through the roof because I taught myself everything. So I am having a Coyote Night starting at 8pm.
