Oundle Cinema Special

Set in the glorious landscape of the Highlands, the film is about the unusual relationship between the recently widowed Queen Victoria and her manservant, John Brown. 

Creative Oundle invite you to join them for a ‘cinematic event’ celebrating two of the UK’s national treasures: Dame Judy Dench and Sir Billy Connolly, as they star in the 1997 film Mrs Brown, along with Geoffrey Palmer and the late, great Anthony Sher.

Tickets include a dram of whiskey (or alternative) and some tasty shortbread. We welcome a guest speaker for a pre-screening talk, followed by the screening of this extraordinary romance.  The Creative Oundle team encourage you to dress in your clan (or just favourite) tartan to help bring the Highlands to Oundle!
