Job Description:

To provide general administrative support across all departments including but not limited to:

- Answer phone calls and log messages using Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- Meet and greet clients coming in for appointments
- Arrange meetings/appointments using Microsoft Outlook calendars
- Onboarding client information into files and ID/money laundering checks
- Transcribe audit dictation requests
- Sort and scan incoming post onto system
- Process outgoing post onto Royal Mail online system
- Process regular archiving of matters
- Retrieve archived files from storage and mark out appropriately on system when returned
- Other office administrative functions as they arise
