The Role

Do you have previous experience within a legal office administration role? Are you computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office packages? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are an established law firm, looking to appoint a legal administrator to take on several administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of a Legal Administrator include, but are not limited to:
• Directing calls.
• Welcoming clients.
• Manage a number of administrative tasks to ensure fee-earners can work as efficiently as possible.
• Assist with the administrative tasks that arise out of the use of the firm’s document management system (file opening/closing, ID checks, typing dictated letters/emails etc).
