Location: Home based with monthly meetings in Oundle
Hours: Flexible, average 7 per week
Contract type: Self Employed
Hourly rate: £10.00 ph.

The Role
This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the non-profit sector working with music teachers across Europe and South Africa, providing administrative support with the day to day running of the ESA.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will get involved in a variety of areas, including Teacher Training and Exams, Conferences, Meetings, Website and Bookkeeping.

About You
- Proven track record of administrative skills, with minimum of two years’ experience
- Proactive and self-motivated, ability to prioritise own workload and to work to deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner
- An excellent verbal and written communicator, proficient in spoken and written English
- Trustworthy, conscientious, diligent, and attentive to detail
- Confident user of MS Office, Xero and Mailchimp
- Experience of working with database systems

An interest in music education for children and/or knowledge of the SUZUKI™ Method would be advantageous.
