Garden Maintenance / Handyman for a Country Estate

Job Description:

Garden maintenance/handyman required for a country estate. Mainly outdoor work in the garden and grounds, including grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, splitting logs, chainsaw work on trees, etc. Knowledge of lawn mower maintenance preferred and tractor experience an advantage. Also occasional work for the tenanted cottages on the estate, both inside and outside.

This is a permanent, part-time job, approx 20-35 hours per week, £12 per hour. Would suit somebody who is looking for a stable, long term position. Initially working with the current maintenance man, to ensure a transfer of knowledge and a smooth transition.
