Our Sports Centre has a very exciting opportunity for a professional and pro-active Marketer who will co-ordinate communications by use a range of marketing tools and platforms to update and promote the Centre to the School and wider community.


The Marketing Co-ordinator will assist the Sales and Marketing Manager in developing and implementing engaging marketing and communication strategies. The successful individual will administer engaging and informative communications to the School, pupils and to the wider community through a range of channels, ensuring social media platforms are up to date and current. In order to promote the Centre, you will be collating and creating ‘Good News’ Stories and supporting the Sales and Marketing manager in delivering new marketing campaigns. Working alongside a friendly team of efficient receptionists, you will welcome all visitors to the Centre with a friendly and positive experience through delivering effective customer service, handling a range of customer queries, with a solution-based approach.

To be successful in this role you will be educated to a good standard and have proven experience in managing social media and creating marketing content. As part of the Centre's sales and customer service team you will need to demonstrate a calm and professional manner and draw upon your interpersonal skills.

Hours of work: Normally 40 hours per week, 8.30am to 5.00pm, however flexibility may be required to work key events at the weekend or in the evening.

Part time hours may be considered and should be requested upon application.

Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 per annum

Our State of the Art Sports Centre offers a wide range of classes, fitness facilities and activities on a commercial basis, as well as numerous courses, children's holiday clubs and organised parties. Our facilities include a 50-metre swimming pool, an 8-court hall, a 70-station fitness suite, a dedicated dance studio and three further multipurpose studios.
