SPORTS CENTRE - MEMBERSHIP MANAGER
We are seeking a Membership Manager to work closely with the Sports Centre Manager and the Front of House Manager, planning and executing a sales plan that not only grows membership but identifies appropriate prospects to join the Sports Centre. The successful candidate will also assist with the day-to-day operations of the Sports Centre, attending events and building rapport with members and visitors.
As an independent Centre we are seeking a confident, well organised, customer focused individual with a wide variety of communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels.
Experience in a similar role is essential, as is the ability to lead a team.

Hours of work: 40 hours a week, working rota to include:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 16:00pm or 13:00pm to 21:00pm; plus some weekends 9:00am to 17:30pm.
Flexibility will be required to cover centre events.
Working: 52 weeks per year
Holiday: 21 days holiday plus 7 bank holidays per year
Salary: £25,000 to £29,000 depending on experience
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible, subject to pre-employment checks (typically 4 weeks)
