The Role
We are seeking an Administrator, to complete our brilliant HR team of seven. Reporting to the HR Business Partner (Compliance), you will provide daily professional administration and support to the HR department to ensure its smooth running.
You will have previous experience working in a busy administrative environment, and love the variety and pace demanded to ensure you keep the plates spinning. Duties will be many and varied but will include:
Handling general incoming enquires to the department professionally and efficiently, supporting the team with issuing written correspondence where required.
Championing compliance with GDPR from a records perspective, working with the team to ensure appropriate filing and archiving.
On-boarding: basic support to the recruitment function when required and supporting the organisation of support staff Induction.
In this busy and challenging role, no two days are likely to be the same so you will need to enjoy working at pace, under pressure, and with an ever-changing to-do list. You will have first-class administration skills – working accurately with highly detailed tasks, and be a confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel. In return you will be fully supported by a welcoming and experienced team, as you learn your new role.

Applicant Information
Hours of work: 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Times and days of work to be agreed with the successful candidate, however, a visible presence in the School, to deal with visits and enquiries, is essential, over 52 weeks per year. All meal breaks are non-working hours and unpaid.
Salary: Up to £28,000 (FTE) depending on experience.
Contract Term: Permanent.
