Festivals in Oundle

WHEN: Year Round, International Festival July
The curators of Oundle International Festival, Creative Oundle’s mission is to inspire, educate and entertain using the power of the creative and performing arts to transform and enhance our quality of life in all sectors the community. Various events throughout the year with The International Festival week runs each year in July.

WHEN: Year Round
Oundle Litfest holds events throughout the year and features a programme of author events, poetry, philosophy, politics, story telling, biography, illustrators and novelists for young and old.

WHEN: Spring
Performers of all ages, from pre-school to senior citizen, come to Oundle Festival of Music & Drama to perform and compete in their chosen fields of music, speech & drama.

WHEN: July
The whole of the beautiful centre of Oundle is filled with around 80 stalls providing an amazing diversity of produce and producers, and also talks and food demonstrations take place in the town.

WHEN: July
Held in numerous venues throughout Oundle and on the streets, The Fringe sees the town thronged with entertainers of all genres’ including bands, poetry readers, buskers and dancers.

WHEN: May
The streets of Oundle are closed off for a day filled with vintage markets, steam engines, pipe organs, classic cars & motorbikes, classic cycles, traditional fairground, and live retro music all day on the Festival Stage.

WHEN: October
The Championships take place each year in the beautiful village of Southwick near Oundle. The event is packed with food, drink and entertainment in addition to the main competition.
