Job Description:

The role supports the smooth running of the office and provides administrative help across the business. It is a permanent position, working 3/4/5 days per week, with some flexibility available/required .
Salary is £28,000–£33,000 full-time equivalent, depending on experience. Benefits include statutory holiday allowance, pension scheme, training opportunities, supportive working environment, and free on-site parking.

Main duties include reception work, office administration, ordering materials, arranging servicing/training/accommodation, maintaining records, supporting health and safety administration, drafting documents, and assisting with marketing/social media.

The ideal candidate should be organised, confident using Microsoft Office, a good communicator, numerate, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Previous office/admin experience is helpful but not essential; construction or engineering sector experience would be beneficial.
