Oundle CE Primary School provides education for up to 420 children between the ages of four and eleven years, covering Oundle and the surrounding areas. We have an experienced staffing team who work hard to offer a child-centred approach to inspire and develop confident, self-motivated learners.
We work as part of a Learning Partnership with Oundle School teachers and students, this providing opportunities for pupils to access a greater depth of learning in core curriculum areas. They also offer afterschool clubs teaching Latin, Chinese and Engineering.
We aim to operate at the heart of the community, closely linked to St Peter’s Church, and passionate about educating young people whilst playing an active part in community events such as the Oundle Festival of Music & Drama and the Oundle Festival of Literature. Links with the whole Oundle community have always been vital in our long history (est 1600’s) and our relationship with those in the town and its surrounding environment remains a key part of our mission.
We offer extended day clubs (Breakfast Club and After School Club) as well as extra-curricular activities such as music, sports, engineering club, science club, language clubs etc. We also offer Forest School to some year groups during the school day.
