Whether you are tired of not sleeping well, struggle with a feeling of breathlessness or experience health related sleep issues, changing your breathing pattern can influence you sleep and health in a profound positive way.
Breathe Well is a 4 week course designed for those with a multitude of health concerns, including; respiratory issues, asthma, chronic pain/fatigue & anxiety or panic attacks.

During this course you will learn breathing exercises & methods to repattern your breathing so you are breathing functionally. When we breathe dysfunctionally we cause biochemical changes in the body that lead to worsening symptoms of health conditions, poor sleep quality, becoming more anxious and increasing fatigue.
Small group sessions are limited to 5 people to ensure individual support in a connected group environment.
