The North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) Customer Services Outreach team will be at Oundle library to offer support on a range of issues including:

  • Council Tax – including if you’re new to Oundle 
  • Waste – including issues with your bin collection and ordering new bins/food caddy
  • Help with reporting issues to NNC via Fix my Street such as potholes, highways issues, fly-tipping, street lighting etc  
  • Housing
  • Housing Benefit
  • Adult Social Care
  • School admissions
  • Registrations
  • and much more…

From 9.30am-11.30am on the following dates:
