Alice Hawkins – Suffragette

Alice campaigned for equal pay throughout her life and in 1907 she became a suffragette.

Her great grandson, Peter Barratt, will give us an inspiring and uplifting account of her campaign for the vote. Illustrated with one of the most complete collections of suffragette memorabilia in the UK, Peter will also tell us about the unveiling of a statue of Alice.
