Relaxing Sound Bath Journey
I will be hosting another Relaxing Sound Bath Journey on Friday 3rd May, 6.45-8pm at Fotheringhay Village Hall.
Sound bathing is a deeply relaxing. You can choose to lay on the floor or to sit in a chair for the sound journey as I play a selection of instuments around and sometimes on your body. There are a few things you need to bring along to ensure you are comfortable and warm for the session, details will be sent on booking.
I only have 10 spots for this session, so early booking is essential.
